IT department Gorlaeus laboratories

Requests for services and incidents to the IT-facilities can be reported to the helpdesk, preferably by the Self Service Webinterface: http://selfservice.gorlaeus.net. Logon with your Gorlaeus credentials and supply us with as much information as possible. This website can only be reached from computers inside the Gorlaeus Laboratories.

The IT department can also be reached by  or telephone (4702 or 071-527 4702). The service desk is open for personal contact on weekdays from 9:00 AM until 12:00 Noon and from 1:30 PM until 4:30 PM.

  • Orders: do not forget to state budget number, budget holder and budget group
  • Requests for e-mail and user accounts for employees should be made via the IT-coordinator of the workgroup.
  • All incidents: please state computer number (fwnc1234), printer name, error messages, if applicable.
