Required application documents
(bachelor's and master's programmes)
All the documents required are mentioned on the application forms and in the online application system. In case of any discrepancy between the information mentioned on this webpage and the list of documents mentioned on the (online) application form, the latter takes precedence.
As a rule you need to submit the following documents when applying for a bachelor's or master's degree programme:

All the documents mentioned below under master's programmes, except for the recommendation letters. These are not required.

If you cannot submit your high school diploma with your application, then please add a list of courses taken and marks obtained and send the certified copies of your high school diploma and final transcripts once you have obtained them.

Please bear in mind the minimum required English Proficiency scores.
If applicable, please add any (certified) certificates proving your knowledge of Dutch.

A photocopy of your valid passport
If you are already living in the Netherlands, please enclose proof of registration at your local Town Hall (“uittreksel gemeentelijke basisadministratie”) GBA and/or copy of your residence permit (both sides). -

copies of all your higher education diplomas and transcripts (documents stating academic degrees and grades obtained). Certified copies or original copies of the diploma’s and transcripts may be requested later on during the process. Please include translations when these documents are not in English, Dutch, German or French.
If you still need to obtain your bachelor’s degree, please mention your (expected) graduation date and include certified copies of all transcripts obtained to date and send them by postal mail to the International Office / Admissions Office. You can send the certified copies of your final transcripts and diploma once you have obtained them. You are welcome to add other supporting documents to substantiate your academic performance, i.e. thesis abstract, articles published. -
You need to demonstrate your proficiency in English, preferably by means of an IELTS test. >read more
