Prof. Nira Wickramasinghe (University of Leiden) will give this years Wertheim Lecture. Every year a public lecture named after Willem Frederik Wertheim, the founding father of Non-Western Sociology in Amsterdam, is delivered by a renowned scholar working on Asia.
