Partnering your science: Confidentiality (in English)
What is confidentiality and when is it needed for research or commercialisation to take place? When are legal documents necessary for exchanging and protecting information? What is the relationship between confidentiality obligations and freedom to publish?
This workshop will cover the essential aspects of confidentiality in a research context. We will discuss Confidentiality Agreements (often abbreviated to Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA) or Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA))
