Op dinsdag 4 juni organiseert LUCIS, in samenwerking met Leiden University Press (LUP), de boekpresentatie van Applying Sharia in the West: Facts, Fears and the Future of Islamic Rules on Family Relations in the West, een bundel onder redactie van Maurits Berger (Leiden: LUP, 2013). Naast de boekpresentatie gaat Maurits Berger in debat met Afshin Ellian, gemodereerd door Jan Michiel Otto.
